Moulin Rose is a family-owned bakery with deep roots in artisanal tradition. Our journey in baking began in 1969, and in 2001, Rigoberto and Sonia opened the doors of Moulin Rose in Miami. In 2006, Oscar and Yohani joined the team, bringing fresh ideas while keeping the passion for quality baking alive. Today, we continue to create sweet moments from the same location in the heart of South Florida.

This bakery is one of the best in Miami. They are always super friendly and have the most delicious birthday cake options you can ask for. This time for a rum cake for my father‘s birthday and it was perfect. Location is quite small and parking can be a hassle at times, but the food and service makes up for it. They serve delicious breakfast which is quick and simple and coffee all the time whenever there’s an event we need a cake. We stop here for the cake and ready to go or you can even do a custom order cake which we did for our son’s birthday last year, they are super professional.
